Superpawn is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Glendale, AZ. The role combines a base hourly wage with commission based on productivity and a performance bonus. Expect a fast-paced retail setting with jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations.

Commission on gross profit can add meaningful earnings beyond the hourly rate. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, Earned Wage Access, vacation accrual, 401k, and employee discounts.

Formación

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to obtain firearms certification for locations with firearms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Develop and retain top talent; recruit as needed.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and asset protection.
• Analyze store financials and drive profitability through goals.
