Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Pawnbrokers and recruiting top talent.
• Open/close store operations, count cash, and protect assets.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and store merchandising to meet goals.
• Meet financial targets and uphold FirstCash standards.
• Communicate clearly to align with store mission and profitability.
