Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Missouri to partner with the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive store performance.

You will supervise daily operations, deliver top-tier customer service, and help manage inventory, merchandising, and revenue growth. The role offers hourly pay between $16.70 and $19.70 with unlimited commission and a store performance bonus, plus benefits like earned wage access and 401(k) auto-enrollment.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
