Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Missouri Overland to help lead the team. You will work with the Store Manager to support daily operations, coach staff, and drive store profitability while delivering outstanding customer service and managing a wide range of merchandise.

The role offers an hourly wage of $16.50–$19.70 plus unlimited commission and store performance bonuses. Ideal candidates will have prior leadership experience, be comfortable with cash handling,

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or leading a team in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics to support business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
