FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support day-to-day operations, lead staff alongside the Store Manager, recruit and develop talent, and drive customer satisfaction while maximizing financial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Train pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent via prescribed channels.
• Open/close store and protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
• Drive profitability through financial planning and goal setting.
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash standards.
