Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to supervise others and work with firearms certification if required.
• Strong cash handling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Train Pawnbrokers and recruit top talent.
• Open/close store, secure assets, and protect loans.
• Analyze store financial statements to drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards.
• Maintain POS workflows and inventory processes.
• Communicate clearly to align team goals.
• Serve as manager on duty when needed.
