FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Daytona Beach to lead daily store operations alongside the Store Manager. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive profitability.

The role includes managing cash, promoting a customer-centric environment, and meeting store targets. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and training.

Formación

• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proven ability to supervise others and lead a team.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor cash handling and asset protection procedures.
• Open/close the store and manage cash drawers.
• Drive profitability through sales and customer satisfaction.
