Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Sebring, FL location. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily store operations, train staff, recruit, and deliver strong customer service while upholding FirstCash standards.

The role offers an hourly wage, PLUS commission based on productivity and a bonus based on store performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, Earned Wage Access, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address customer issues.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and manage store staff performance.
• Assist Open/Close procedures and protect store assets.
• Manage loans, inventory, and store presentation.
