You will help drive sales, manage inventory, and enhance customer relations across varied merchandise including jewelry, electronics, and more. The role offers an hourly wage of $18.00 to $21.00 with commission-based incentives and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months in store management or key-holder role.
• Ability to recruit and develop store staff.
• Customer-centric service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, counts cash and merchandise, and safeguards assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, and documentation.
• Administer processes within the store including inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure compliance with FirstCash standards.
