FirstCash Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Texas to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staff development, and customer relations. The role includes leading a team, driving profitability, and ensuring a customer-centric environment.

Compensation includes an hourly wage of $13.00–$17.00 plus commission up to 8% of gross profit, with vacation, healthcare, and 401(k) benefits as part of the package. Store hours typically 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising others is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate POS systems and common office machines.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues.
• Recruit and develop store staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close the store, count cash, and safeguard assets.
• Monitor inventory, loans, and store performance.
• Ensure standards and profitability through communication and goals.
