Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Manage scheduling and staffing, including coverage during peak times.
• Maintain proper visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and policy adherence.
• Handle cash operations, including opening/closing tills and bank drops.
• Prepare store for inventory audits and support product counts.
• Drive sales through leadership and achievement of KPIs.
