Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Glendale, AZ. This part-time role focuses on leading daily store operations, maximizing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service with in-store product expertise.

You will supervise associates, train staff on policies, and uphold brand standards while ensuring a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment to make it right for customers.
• Encourage participation in membership programs and in-store offers.
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store, manage cash and daily till procedures.
• Support scheduling, staffing, training, and coaching of associates.
• Recruit and train staff on store operations and policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory controls, and safety standards.
• Prepare store for inventory audits and support in performing them.
