Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through LIDS Training Programs and set goals with regular follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members to create a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain respectful and inclusive team dynamics and uphold Brand Standards and policies.
• Schedule and staff the store, including coverage during peak periods when needed.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Encourage compliance with policies, safeguarding inventory, funds, and property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
