Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead a busy retail team, ensure first-class customer service, and drive store performance. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, handle daily operations, and protect company assets while delivering a superior shopping experience.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, managing inventory and pricing, and maintaining visual standards to meet company goals and customer expectations. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience scheduling staff and managing store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and act as manager on duty when required.
• Train and develop associates; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, pricing changes, and backroom organization.
• Open/close the store and ensure security and cash handling procedures.
