Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead day-to-day retail operations, supervise staff, and deliver top-notch customer service. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, while ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to brand standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, store visibility, and a positive customer experience across shifts. As the heart of the store, you’ll drive sales through a strong sell-through strategy, manage cash, and support store

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty to handle scheduling, customer complaints, and daily store issues.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Ensure visual merchandising, proper signage, and store cleanliness per brand standards.
• Manage cash handling, till opening/closing, and bank deposits with accuracy and due diligence.
• Support inventory management, product counts, transfers, and backroom organization for efficiency.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment and uphold company policies.
