Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-energy store in Tennessee. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team to upsell promotions while ensuring excellent customer service.

You will help hire/train staff, supervise inventory and merchandising, and step in as acting manager when needed. Open availability, reliable transportation, and a Food Safety Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays and likely second or third shifts.
• Must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for deposits.
• Physically capable of cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like fuel pumps.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Proficient English communication and basic math skills.
• Willing to learn Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate staff to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
