GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive store performance. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, run the register, and lead a team focused on exceptional customer service and sales.

This role requires open weekend/holiday availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a Food Safety Certification. You will be part of a fast-paced team with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.
• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
