Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Must have valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Proficient English with basic math skills.
• Tennessee Topshelf Manager Training is required.
• Food Safety Certification must be held or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate the team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
