GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Tennessee. You will support the Store Manager, run the register with speed and accuracy, and lead a team focused on exceptional customer service.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts likely. The role includes training, scheduling, and handling cash deposits, with opportunities for career growth and a $1000 sign-on bonus after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Open Availability on weekends, holidays and likely second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation: valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance for deposits.
• Physical readiness: able to perform cleaning, trash removal and pump area maintenance.
• Minimum age 21+ required.
• English communication and basic math skills.
• Willing to learn Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy, assist customers.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned
