Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store in Tennessee. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, train and lead a team, and cover weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

You will be paid weekly, with monthly bonus potential, and have access to a 401(k), paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and a clear path to store leadership.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Good English communication and basic math.
• Willing to learn Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee financials.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
