GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to support store operations, customer service, and leadership on multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise associates, handle cash and deposits, and ensure a welcoming store experience.

The role offers growth toward a Store Manager path with competitive benefits. Open availability, a valid driver’s license, and a Food Safety Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends and holidays with second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Comfortable with cleaning, stocking, and basic store upkeep.
• 21+ years old and able to pass a background check.
• Good communication in English and basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and grow in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and customer service.
• Run register with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Keep the store clean and welcoming, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and store financials.
• Provide leadership feedback to motivate the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
