Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in a full-time role. You will work alongside the Store Leader to supervise staff, drive excellent customer service, and support merchandising and marketing initiatives that boost sales and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader, coaching and training of staff.
• Ability to develop leaders, maintain high retention, and empower employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
