Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for store staff.
• Focus on identifying qualified applicants and developing future leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling and loyalty program promotion responsibilities.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation procedures in-store.
• Strong oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
