Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, retain talent, and drive staff productivity.
• Assist in executing merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and comply with health and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Partner with Store Leader on staffing, supervision, and performance.
• Implement merchandising and promotional programs effectively.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and fuel operations.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and in-stock conditions at all times.
