7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with the Store Leader to drive service excellence, coaching associates and overseeing daily operations.

Key responsibilities include merchandising execution, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion, with an emphasis on recruiting and developing talent to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader, coaching staff to deliver strong service.
• Focus on developing leaders and identifying qualified applicants to boost retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations alongside Store Leader.
• Coach and train team members for performance and service quality.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and fuel transactions while promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance with health procedures.
• Support recruitment and retention efforts to build a strong team.
