7-Eleven in the United States is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will oversee customer service, train staff, and partner with the Store Leader to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes merchandising, staff development, and loyalty program promotion. A valid driver's license and willingness to multi-task with lifting up to 50 pounds are required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader for all staff.
• Focus on identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain clean, safe environment per health/sanitation rules; in-stock products.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
