Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, coach team members, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include managing merchandising programs, cash handling, and maintaining store standards. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with a focus on leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/retail leadership experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent retail management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees and drive productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure in-stock products.
