Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will support the Store Leader in daily operations, train and coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service across the store.

The role focuses on developing leaders, implementing merchandising programs, and promoting our loyalty initiatives. This position offers full-time hours, opportunities for advancement, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead a team and provide customer service leadership alongside store leadership.
Experience in developing leaders, empowering employees, and driving retention.
Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
Proficient in cash handling and loyalty program promotion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
Demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program adherence.
Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in stock.
