Qualifications

• Experience supervising store staff and leading a team.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills.
• Cash handling and fuel transaction experience preferred.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and stock in-store products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store team and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify and develop potential leaders; drive retention and productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Promote loyalty program and manage cash handling processes.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and shelves stocked.
• Communicate effectively with staff and store leadership.
