7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role offers full-time hours and hands-on management experience as part of a strong, customer-focused team.

You will train and coach staff, help implement merchandising and marketing programs, and ensure excellent service while maintaining stock, cleanliness, and safety standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with retail supervisory experience welcome.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Experience supervising teams and delivering strong customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs and promote the loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader for all staff.
• Help identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, and drive employee retention and productivity.
• Assist in executing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
