Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a retail team in Augusta, GA. You will hire, develop and supervise store associates, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and adherence to brand standards across merchandising, inventory and operations.

In this role you will drive KPIs, analyze store trends, implement action plans, and collaborate with peers to meet financial targets while maintaining a safe, inclusive and compliant workplace.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides supervision and supports the direction planning of associates daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience which maximizes sales/KPIs and drives customer loyalty.
• Engages, trains and develops teams to achieve positive results and coaches when needed.
• Ensures execution of company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement.
• Manages store opening/closing procedures, inventory and payroll hours.
