Sally Beauty in Pooler, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
Can effectively communicate with team and management.
Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

Brand: supervise associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales/KPIs.
People: train and develop teams, recruit and coach; maintain positive associate relations.
Operations: execute company processes and support digital strategies, including Omni-channel.
Inventory/Payroll: manage inventory, payroll hours, schedules, and store procedures.
Safety/Loss Prevention: ensure safety, asset protection, and compliance with policies.
