PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Express store at Legends Outlets. You will support the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, recruiting and training Sales Associates, and driving sales while upholding company policies.

You will lead by example in delivering a great in-store experience, coaching teams, managing merchandising, and ensuring omnichannel execution across the store. This role requires strong communication and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
• Proficient with iPad and cash registers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising store operations.
• Recruit, train and develop Sales Associates.
• Drive sales productivity and ensure policy compliance.
• Execute action plans to meet performance goals.
• Oversee merchandising, replenishment and omnichannel operations.
