PHOENIX is seeking an Assistant Manager at Express, Columbia Mall. The role supports the Store Manager in supervision, recruiting, training, and driving sales while ensuring a great in-store experience for customers.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. This position is based on-site with Express at Columbia Mall.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fashion environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale tools (iPad, registers).
• Physical requirements to stand and move in a store setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and retaining top talent.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative store environment and team mentality.
• Coach and train sales associates for performance.
• Assist in hiring processes and giving feedback to the Store Manager.
• Execute plans to optimize sales and store operations.
• Ensure merchandise flow, replenishment, and omnichannel activities.
