Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• Years of Experience: 3-5 of relevant job experience
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
• Support store morale and teamwork to drive performance
• Coach and develop associates up to Sales Leaders
• Identify high performing staff and assist in their growth
• Develop and maximize store associates to achieve sales targets
• Analyze business and communicate action plans to optimize results
• Manage daily store operations and scheduling
• Ensure great in-store customer experience and resolve complaints
