Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail store management experience preferred
• Read and explain operational directives
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers with questions in a positive manner
• Move merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store areas to company standards
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling
• Protect and secure store assets and promote safety
