Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store recommended.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store functions and activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Help in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll and scheduling tasks, and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure store assets.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Handle store communications and adherence to corporate directives.
