Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take on store oversight in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in staffing, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments when needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as outlined in the service manual.
• Promote and sell store services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures as written in manuals and memos.
• Protect assets and financial information by maintaining internal controls and reporting fraud risk.
