Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Consult with the Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Lead recruiting, training, and evaluation of store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
