Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates to build a diverse team.
• Develop and deliver staff training on policies and service standards.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching for growth.
• Disciplinary actions when needed to maintain standards.
• Supervise store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to hit business goals.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor security risks and deter theft.
• Communicate store status with the Store Manager.
• Participate in meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor outcomes.
