Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven retail customer service experience.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
• Ability to train, coach and develop employees.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in merchandising, operations, sales and customer service.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and knowledgeable product guidance.
• Partner with Store Manager to communicate metrics and expectations.
• Assist in hiring, training and development of store employees.
• Maintain product knowledge and current trends.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
