Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store leadership team and drive sales, staffing, and store performance.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coach a team of Stylists, maintain brand standards, and deliver a seamless in-store and online experience for customers. The role requires strong communication, flexibility and a track record of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexibility with schedule including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Drive sales, shrink control, payroll and expenses for the store.
• Coach and develop Stylists to deliver an omnicommerce Oasis experience.
• Recruit, onboard and retain talent while maintaining Windsor Visual Guidelines.
