Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a team of fashion-focused Stylists.

You will ensure smooth store operations, maintain Windsor’s merchandising directives, and uphold company policies. A strong communicator with leadership experience thrives in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience (or more)
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Uphold Windsor policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet store targets and create an Oasis omni-channel experience for customers
• Coach and motivate a team of stylists while maintaining brand standards
• Own daily store operations and oversee sales floor activities
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on training and development of staff
• Uphold Windsor policies, procedures and merchandising directives
• Promote Windsor values and culture within the team and store
