Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Saint Peters, MO. You will drive sales, coach a team of up to 25 Stylists, and partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to Windsor’s Visual Guidelines.

You will recruit and onboard new talent, provide ongoing feedback, and deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience that builds brand loyalty with every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience developing and motivating teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and performance objectives, including shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Lead and coach a team of up to 25 associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, onboarding, training and performance feedback.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and execute Merchandising Directives to protect brand standards.
