Windsor Fashions LLC in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a fashion-forward team, drive sales, manage daily store operations, and uphold Windsor’s Visual Guidelines.

You’ll coach up to 25 Stylists, recruit talent, ensure onboarding, schedule openings/closings, and deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience focused on customer service, inventory control, and brand activation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Willingness to open/close shifts and maintain schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Supervise and train a team of Stylists; foster a culture of recognition and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on talent recruitment and onboarding.
• Deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience and uphold Windsor Visual Guidelines.
