Job summary

Windsor Fashions in the United States—New York area—seeks an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and drive sales within our Oasis experience. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to ensure customer focus and store performance.

You will coach and develop a team of up to 25 Stylists, supervise onboarding, and align talent strategies with Windsor’s Merchandising Directive and Visual Guidelines. This role offers a fast-paced environment, development opportunities, and a generous benefits

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Flexibility to open/close and work varied hours.
• Ability to resolve issues with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales to meet store productivity targets.
• Own daily store operations and create the Oasis experience for customers.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a team of up to 25 Stylists.
• Uphold Windsor policies and Visual Guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on merchandising directives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and coach staff.
