Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You support the Store Manager in driving sales, controlling payroll and expenses, and delivering a seamless Oasis omni-channel experience for every customer.

You will recruit, train, and develop a team of up to 25 Stylists, maintain Merchandising Directive and Visual Guidelines, and foster a respectful, high-performance culture with clear feedback and coaching.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities (up to 25 employees).
• Effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and manage payroll and expenses alongside the Store Manager.
• Lead and coach a team of stylists to deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Recruit, onboard and develop talent; maintain standards per Merchandising Directive.
• Own daily operations, uphold Visual Guidelines and foster a culture of respect.
