You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and uphold Windsor policies, ensuring an Oasis shopping experience for every customer. This role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and daily store excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
• Ability to organize and plan daily operations on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as part of the sales-directing team and build brand loyalty through an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Support Store Manager in talent acquisition and onboarding to ensure strong retention.
• Own the sales floor and execute daily operations with attention to Windsor standards.
• Lead training with your team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Uphold Windsor policies and procedures with integrity.
• Assist in executing Windsor Merchandising Directive and maintain a neat, compliant store.
• Promote Windsor values and be a culture champion through respect and ownership.
