Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth across the brand. You will be a frontline leader, blending retail know-how with brand ambassadorship to engage customers daily.

You will hire, coach and motivate teams, manage in-store operations, and ensure consistent execution of standards while meeting payroll targets and maintaining a selling focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead store leadership tasks and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execution of operations.
• Lead floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Provide coaching to improve selling and customer experience.
