Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth across the store. Store leaders are front-line, brand-savvy ambassadors who thrive on customer connections.

You will lead a team, set clear expectations, and manage daily operations to ensure a high-energy, safe, and engaging shopping environment while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in retail.
• Previous manager experience in retail preferred.
• Able to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set performance expectations and accountability with associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Lead floorset direction and product storytelling.
• Meet payroll targets while maintaining selling focus.
